There are a few settings to check or change, here's a ds showing what should be set
for the rosette:

number of voltage channels suppressed = 0
number of scans averaged = 1
primary conductivity advanced  2 scans

To change rosette use:
SF=0
SV=0

For standalone
SF=0
SV=2
