Service & Calibration

Typically, Sea-Bird can calibrate the instrument and perform minor repairs within 4 - 6 weeks, plus shipping time. However, this may vary, depending on current backlog. If time is critical, contact us before shipping to verify that we can meet your schedule. Before shipping an instrument to us, obtain an RMA number and fill out a Service Request Form, so that we know your instrument is on the way and can schedule appropriately.
